Orders and Delivery

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order with Shelley Hansen Home, simply place the items into your cart and proceed to the checkout area. On this page, you will see the total of all goods you have selected, and you are also able to make any amendments. You will then need to pay for your order. We use Paypal as our payment gateway. You do not need to have a Paypal account to place an order with us; the service also offers debit and credit card payment options. Once you have paid for your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will also be emailed confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

RETURNS

Shelley Hansen Home has a 14 day returns policy for a full refund on any unwanted items. The items must be returned back to our head office in the same condition that you received them, including all tags and wrapping in tact. Any item that does not meet these requirements will be returned back to you and the refund will not be processed. 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed, within 14 days of date of order. It may well be the case that we will have processed and shipped your items within this time frame. In such an instance, we ask that you return the goods as you received them for a refund to be issued. To cancel an order, you need to write to us via post or email with your name, address and order number, to enable us to cancel your order. This needs to be done within 14 days of date of order.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items purchased from Shelley Hansen Home are non-refundable, unless faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

Shelley Hansen Home prides itself on the quality of the products that are sold. We individually pick and pack your items for shipping to ensure that they are in an excellent condition before they are posted to you. It may well be that an item you have received has been damaged in transit. In such an instance, we require you to inform us via email, within 24 hours of receiving your item that damage has occurred. We also require a picture to demonstrate the extent of the damage that has taken place. It is up to the discretion of Shelley Hansen Home whether we process a refund or replace the damaged item. 

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days of receiving your order, however, during sales or seasonal periods, this may take a little longer, but we will of course inform you of any delays that take place. We use Royal Mail and Hermes to dispatch and deliver all of our goods. All goods will be delivered in padded envelopes or boxes to ensure safety of the items you have ordered. Standard Delivery charges are £2.95 for 2nd class delivery and £5.95 for 1st class delivery. The delivery charge will be applied to the checkout for you. Please be aware that Shelley Hansen Home is not liable for any post office or courier delays that occur during busy or seasonal periods. Please contact the office if you would like overseas delivery and we will get a quote for delivery sent to you. 

DELIVERY IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE ITEM YOU RECEIVE IS FAULTY.
